We have no involvement in the actual selling process, and any dealings between buyer and seller. We stress again that we are only an advertising service.

All Adverts will remain on the site for a maximum of 3 months. They will then be automatically removed. If you still wish to advertise after this time, you will have to add a new advert.

We reserve the right to delete an advert at any time.

We also reserve the right to reword any advert where we see appropriate. If you do not agree with the new wording, please delete the advert.

We will not allow any adverts with offensive language or pictures on our site, and reserve the right to delete any advert that contains such material.

You can Delete an advert at any time on the account page.

Please help us, by DELETING your advert off our database when your Horse or Pony has been sold.

This ensures that you get no more unwanted calls, which can be frustrating and annoying for all parties concerned, and keeps our database as up to date as possible.

You can have 5 photographs with each advert. Photos do not cost extra.

PERMISSION: If your photos have been taken by a professional photographer you will need the photographers permission, in writing, for us to use the photo. We do not need to see the signed permission, but it is your responsibility to obtain it if required. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSABILITY FOR COPYRIGHTED PHOTOS PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE BY USERS.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the condition or functionality of this Web site, its suitability for use, or that this Web Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
