I am looking to sell my beautiful black mare aka black beauty, she is 16hh tb and 11/12 years old.
She is a very genuine mare whose always aiming to please, she hacks out alone and in company. She is good with children and used to dogs.
She is very well behaved with the farrier, dentist, vet and good to load. I haven't clipped her before but to be honest she is so laid back i'm sure she would be fine.
She is a good doer, and is currently still only in a summer sheet!
She is chipped, pass ported and vaccinated. Had the dentist out 27.10.11.
The reason i am selling her is because i bought her hoping to pursue jumping, but i have now realized it may not be to easy with her. She is fine to hack out but when schooled tends to go dis united, not all the time but enough that i decided to get a physio out to check her over. The physio said that she has an old injury to her left hind quarters, which once she is brought back in to full work and her muscle built up should not cause a problem and more than likely be able to jump. Now unfort i have not got the time or facilities to work her enough to build that muscle up over the winter months, and i feel it is not fair to leave her for a further 6months before starting her work up again.
As i said above she is sound and has no issues hacking out, and i'm sure with time she would be fine in the school to. I have previously jumped her and she seemed to love it, but stopped after the dis uniting incidents. (Have the physio report for serious enquirers)
This horse is a real gem and it is a heart breaking decision but i need to do whats best for her, everyone that knows her falls in love with her because she is such a sweet mare. She always greats you with a whinny when you walk on the yard, and is a pleasure to be around.
