Due to family commitments, i have reluctantly decided to put my two lovely boys up for sale, only to the very best of forever homes!
15.1h MW Black, irish cob gelding. Show Cob type. 12 years old. 110% in every way, he is actually one in a million, a saught very hard to find!
He has competed at all disiplines for the past few years, and very successfully! Wins every Cob class and is always placed at Dressage and XC. Came 2nd and reserve at YHOYS 2007. Qualified Equifest last year, but no transport ment i couldnt take him :(
He is brilliant to catch, clip, shoe and boxes well into lorries. He had a bad experience in a trailer when he was a baby, and now doesnt like them.
He hacks alone and in company, infront or behind, in open fields and in the heaviest of traffic.
Excellent gentle nature, fabulous temperament. Never bucked, reared, kicked etc.
Very safe lad, looks after his rider. He is also anyones ride! He can be a fun, forward going ride for the more experienced person, or a super safe plod for the more nervous person. He's taught many children and adults to ride as he is so easy to do.
If i didnt have to sell him, i wouldnt. He really is one in a million, and will never find anyone else like him.
He comes with full wardrobe, 3 bridles, 2 saddles, rugs, boots, bandages, numnahs....the lot!
15.3h WB x Dales late 20's gelding needing new home as field companion only. He is arthritic, but on no medication. Can get stiff if stabled, so he is better to live out all year. He too is an absolute gem. Been there, done that, got the t shirt attitude. Very very gentle nature, brilliant temperament, big softy!
Gets on with mares/geldings/youngsters, and LOVES PONIES!
He is good to catch, with farrier etc. Enjoys going for an in-hand walk around the village and is super with anyone leading him, and in traffic. Still got life in him, just needs to live out with a friend or two to enjoy the rest of his life.
Both these boys need to be seen to be fully appreciated. Ive owned them for 10 and 11 years, and never once looked back, or regreted it. They are both loved with all my heart and will only go to the best of homes.
It is sad enough as it is, so please no day trippers/timewasters/dealers etc.
