“Hello, I ordered some of your Pax Aromatic serum from you earlier this week out of sheer desperation. I brought a thoroughbred mare 8 weeks ago to save her from being put down due to her unhandleable nature. My background is in starting and schooling difficult horses using natural horsemanship and I wasn't fazed by her at all.
However, when she arrived, her behaviour issues were magnified 10 fold and she was becoming dangerous. She was afraid of everything, the slightest thing would send her fly bucking in terror after which she would stand shaking violently. We reached a point where she would tie up on the yard (progress indeed!)and stand to be groomed but would not lead safely and riding was out of the question altogether. Any sudden movements would have violent responses from her and she refused to stay in her stable, becoming phobic and exploding if the door was closed.
I was reading Horse & Hound, and came across your advert, thought it looked interesting and promptly did nothing about it! The day after, my mare was leaping around on the end of the rope in terror for no apparent reason other than the muckheap had been taken away and I thought 'this isn’t what it should all be about' I was getting frightened that she would land on me, she was terrified of 'monsters' everywhere and going to the stables was becoming a dangerous and unpleasant daily chore. I ordered your serum with a very sceptical mindset but thinking this really was the last resort.
It arrived yesterday and my life and my mare's life has changed totally. I went to the stables and put some on my hands and head thinking to myself 'What are you doing, this won’t work!’ Instantly, she calmed. I caught her and led her to the gate like an old pony. Past the sheep and cows, not a glance or a snort. I tied her up on the yard and groomed her with her nuzzling me and standing still! It was incredibly windy with gale force gusts yesterday and as I was rugging her up, her rug blew up and over her head. She stood there and calmly lowered her head for me to help her out of it -unbelievable!
Today, I have groomed her and tacked her up, not a murmur of a snort nor a tremble from her, it's like she is a different horse! She worked calmly and happily without breaking a sweat and was listening and communicating throughout. She walked into her stable and ate her breakfast in there, completely relaxed and happy. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Not only has your product made my life safer and enjoyable again, it has changed my horse's existence from one of fear to one of happy, relaxed contentment. I am looking forward to riding her soon and without wanting to sound like an advert, it is all thanks to your little bottle of magic!
