Caroline Roy principal solicitor in the practice, has 25 years experience in conveyancing land, residential property, equestrian property, smallholdings and pony paddocks.
She also deals with matrimonial transfers, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, sales and purchases for parts of legal titles and drafts miscellaneous deeds for rights of way, easements for services e.g. electricity, water ect.
